Currently under construction, the client’s brief was to have a maximum number of three-bedroom units with car parking. Ghostpaeperstudio has achieved 5 townhouse units, with car parking. With an entrance from the Kairanga street, the outdoor living areas are oriented north with landscaping and the street facing unit has a pedestrian entry from Kairanga street.
Ghostpaeperstudio came up with a concept that we liked immediately, and it ticked all the boxes. The design achieves an optimum utilisation of the site while satisfying all the council criteria. Their response to queries is quick and I highly recommend them
