Located in Mangere, close to the south western motorway, currently at consenting stage, the client’s brief was to have a maximum number of three bedroom units with car parking. Ghostpaeperstudio has achieved 6 independent units, five of which are three bedroom units with car parking and one is a two bedroom unit. With an entrance from the Tidal road, the living space for the units engage the street with landscaping and a pedestrian entry from Colin street.
